dōTERRA – Essential Oils
Essential oils have long been known and proven as a remedy by many indigenous people, but are relatively new to us. Unfortunately there are big qualitative differences these days. Essential oils have to be of high quality, fairly produced, absolutely pure, and consequently have their price. For this reason, I only use oils from doTERRA.
For me and many others, the essential oils of dōTERRA are true miracles. I use them for everything - as a remedy, as a room fragrance, to clean and cook. The oils are highly effective on the physical and emotional levels, helping the body to get rid of toxins, and stimulate the immune system to activate the self-healing powers.

How to use the Oils
Essential oils can be used individually or in complex, sensible mixtures aromatic, external and internal. The dōTERRA oils help with all sorts of small and large complaints. In nature, essential oils are found in roots, stems, leaves, resins, flowers and barks of plants. Essential oils help the plant to adapt to its ever-changing environmental conditions, protect against dangers and provide beneficial and healing properties. That can be transferred to our health. In a diffuser, the smell of oils makes every room (or car) a special place. The smell of stimulating oils such as lemon or grapefruit brings energy, the scent of lavender soothes occasional sleeplessness, peppermint dispels unpleasant odors from the kitchen etc. because sometimes life is not so easy, it is even more important to start the day with something good. The oils to "diffuse" go straight to the brain and have the ability to influence you positively. If we smell these wonderful oils, it can immediately strengthen our belief in the good in the world. The oils are great as a mood-brightener, for sleep disturbances, after or during Yoga for relaxing, for muscle pain, feeling anxious or anxious feelings and much more. It's also perfect for the home, useful for unwanted mouse visits or removing stubborn stains - all in a natural way.
