dōTERRA Essential Oils are my little, magical plant helpers for every day, to assist with concentration during my meditation and yoga practice, to help elevate my mood and support my emotional well-being, and, most importantly, to help me help my students!

The oils have become a big part of my life in most every aspect, and I use them for physical and emotional health and well-being as well as for effective and safe cleaners and even cook with them. On top of that, they make every room smell heavenly and welcoming and give you a sense of “coming home”. The oils are effective, helping the body to get rid of toxins and help stimulate the immune system to activate self-healing powers. 

dōTERRA in Latin translates as “gift of the earth”. And that's exactly how I see these wonderful oils. They, and the company are for many people (and animals) and me personally, an enriching and helpful experience. The essential oils of dōTERRA are among the purest and most valuable oils that exist. They contain no fillers or chemical impurities.
