In this weekend workshop with international yoga and dharma teacher Katchie Ananda, we explore our own personal edge of transformation. Using yoga, dharma teachings, and transformational practices, we move toward healing our connection to our own body and our planet. We aim to live with an unshakable inner freedom, a sense of pure joy, and a deep and abiding compassion.
Throughout the week we learn Ananda’s own blend of yoga practices, accumulated over 30 years, which draw on Anusara Yoga, vinyasa yoga, hatha yoga (including asana, pranayama, and meditation), and somatic movement. Through skillful means, Ananda shares dharma teachings based on Buddhist Psychology as we tap into the subconscious mind to connect with the sacred mystery of life.
You return home with a renewed sense of connection and lovingkindness.
